The studio

A quieter kind of yoga, without the drive across town.

Most online yoga feels like following a video into an empty room. Yobas Yoga is the opposite — classes are live, cameras are optional but encouraged, and Yoba can actually see you and adjust the cue for your body.

No mirrored walls, no thumping playlists, no rush. Just a steady hour to move, breathe, and come back to yourself — held together by someone who's paying attention.

"Come as you are. We'll work with that."

How online classes work

Three steps between you and the mat.

1

Reserve your spot

Pick a class or session and pay online. You'll get a confirmation and a calendar hold right away.

2

Get your link

A private Zoom link arrives the morning of class. No app maze — one click and you're in.

3

Roll out your mat

Clear a mat's worth of floor. Yoba guides the rest, camera on or off, from wherever you are.

All you really need

A mat and a few feet of quiet. Blocks and a strap are nice but optional — a couple of books and a belt work just fine, and Yoba will tell you when to reach for them.

Meet your teacher

Yoba Falcon

Yoba has been teaching for over a decade — first in crowded city studios, and since 2021, entirely online, on purpose. She started Yobas Yoga after realizing the students who needed a steady practice most were the ones who couldn't easily get to one: new parents, night-shift nurses, people miles from the nearest studio.

Her teaching is warm and precise. Expect clear cues, honest modifications, and zero pressure to perform. You'll leave feeling looked-after, not lectured.

What students say.

★★★★★
"I've tried every app. This is the first time online yoga felt like an actual class — she noticed my shoulder was creeping up and fixed it in real time."
Renée M.Portland, OR
★★★★★
"The one-on-ones got me back on the mat after a back injury. Yoba built a plan around what I could actually do, not what a video assumed."
David K.Austin, TX
★★★★★
"Small enough that I'm not just a tile on a screen. I've been showing up twice a week for a year now — from my tiny apartment in winter."

Questions

Before your
first class.

Still wondering something? Email [email protected] and Yoba will answer herself.

I'm a total beginner. Is that okay?+

More than okay — it's the point. Every class includes gentler options, and if you're nervous, a one-on-one first is a lovely way to start.

What equipment do I need?+

A yoga mat and enough floor to lie down with arms out. Blocks and a strap help but aren't required; books and a belt stand in perfectly.

How do the online classes run?+

Live over Zoom. You'll get a one-click link the morning of class. Keep your camera on so Yoba can offer adjustments, or off if you'd rather — your call.

I'm not in the Eastern time zone.+

No problem — students join from every time zone. Group times are listed in ET, and private sessions are booked whenever works for you.

What if I miss a class I paid for?+

Group classes come with a recording that stays yours for a week. Life happens; you won't lose the session.

How do I pay?+

Securely online when you book — card or Apple Pay. Class packs and private-session bundles are billed the same way.

Your first class is free.
